5. Include your complete legal name alongside your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may face legal liability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) erroneously, or you possess authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or under law, to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was disabled and the location where the content was found before removal or disabling;
3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement confirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles; and a statement stating that you will accept service of process from the individual who notified of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant, advising them that we may restore the removed content or halt the disabling action within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated or access may be restored within 10 to 14 business days or more at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, in suitable situations and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, with or without a history of infringement.
